February 3, 2009 - Rocket Division Software today announced their spin-off of its StarWind iSCSI Target solution into a new company, StarWind Software Inc. Rocket Division, will continue to serve the market with the StarBurn family products, while StarWind Software will be offering StarWind and StarPort storage software for corporate customers. StarWind Software received its first round of investor funding, led by ABRT Venture Fund, to expand their product offering capabilities, expand the management team and grow sales, channel distribution and marketing efforts.

StarBurn Software Ltd., a provider of CD, DVD and Blu-Ray optical media solutions and technology, today announced their spin-off from Rocket Division Ltd. after securing first round of investor funding. StarBurn Software Ltd will develop and distribute optical media storage technology and products line including StarBurn SDK and StarBurn software application by accelerating sales through channel and aggressive marketing approach. New management and development team will undertake current products and aggressively advance them. At the present time StarBurn SDK and StarBurn have been installed and used on thousands computer systems all over the world and distributed through channel, OEM deals and direct sales in USA, Europe and APAC regions.
