Right click on "My computer"->Properties->Advanced->Startup adn Recovery. Then uncheck "Time to display the list of OS". And select the OS you want to use.

Hello.
To get rid of that screen follow these steps:
1. Right click on "My Computer" and select "Properties"
2. Click on "Advanced" tab
3. Click on "Settings" button that reffers to "Startup and Recovery"
4. Click on "Edit" button
5. Remove all lines below [operating systems] label except the one that reffers to "StarSkin boot screen"
6.Close editor
7.Reboot.
