StarWind 3.2.2 released.

Rocket Division Software has released version 3.2.2 of StarWind iSCSI Target for Microsoft Windows 2000/XP/2003/Vista/Longhorn (32-bit and 64-bit versions).

This version includes the following changes:

  • New DiskBridge plug-in implemented. Now whole hard disk can be represented as SCSI-3 compatible iSCSI target volume. Now broken RAID and SCSI controllers should always work with VMware ESX, MSCS and other virtual machines.
  • Huge SAN volume creation optimized. From now multi-terrabyte SAN volumes would be created much faster compared to the previous versions.
  • Buffer alignment changed to workaround RAID and SCSI controllers reporting byte alignment when they really need word or double word. No more occasional write errors on very rare controller models.
  • Fixed several minor problems found in 3.2.1
  • On-line help updated to describe added features.
