Rocket Division Software Announces new OEM and Channel
Partner Programs for the StarWind iSCSI Target

StarWind iSCSI Target for Microsoft Windows is now
available from OEM and value-added-resellers (VARs)

Kyiv, Ukraine, February 20, 2007 - Rocket Division
Software, a leading vendor of iSCSI storage target
software, StarWind, which runs on Microsoft Windows
allowing any server (Windows, Linux) to access
centralized storage, announces new partner programs
for OEM's and Channel Partners. The Channel Partner
program for value added- resellers (VARs) and solution
providers is a partner friendly method to deliver
iSCSI storage to customers looking for a cost effective,
and easy to customize method for implementing
centralized storage, gaining all the benefits of
a storage area network (SAN).

StarWind is also available as a SDK (software
development kit) which is ideal for OEM customers
that require a software-based iSCSI target for
Microsoft Windows. The SDK provides a robust API
allowing extremely easy customizations for vendors
interested in implementing their own iSCSI storage.

"The continued growth in iSCSI storage is taking Rocket
Division from what has historically been an OEM driven
sales model towards full engagement with value-added
resellers and solution providers", said Anton
Kolomyeytsev, CEO of Rocket Division Software.
"We have created a partner friendly strategy so our
customers have as many choices as possible to purchase
a cost effective iSCSI storage solution which runs
on Microsoft Windows."

Business of all sizes can benefit from a simpler way to
perform backups, disaster recovery and simplify storage
management. StarWind's Snapshot feature allows scheduled
or on-demand snapshots of critical data for backup and
disaster recovery. A unique ability of StarWind is to
virtualize and share physical devices such as DLT tape
drives or CD/DVD burners, allowing client machines to
access the device remotely.

Rocket Division Software is actively recruiting new
partners worldwide. Partners can select a partnership
model which suits the unique needs of their
organizations, from multi-tiered reseller and master
VAR (distribution) partnerships to SDK licensing and
OEM relationships.
