Hi,

First of all, great product !
Secondly, I was wondering which the silent install options are?
I know about:
/verysilent: to install unattended without reboot

but is it possible during silent install to switch off:
- Install Starport emulator
- "Make Rocket division software search page"
- switch off "search provider"
- ...

thanks !

What are you trying to do making "silent" install of the StarBurn?

Correct, During the silent (unattended) installation of my OS, all my other applications are also silently installed, and I want to have starburn be part of that.
Therefor I need silent install options, not only /verysilent; but also to swithc off the settings about searchpage, homepage.... which you can manually switch off during manual installation of starburn.

thanks for your help ! much appreciated

1) I don't understand what do you mean under "my OS".

2) You do select options during StarBurn installation. So there's no way to have it 100% silent. It was simply never designed to work this way.

Some more explanation:

Well, my operating system is installing silently, so unattended. This means that the user is not asked for any input during installation of the operating system, the same for software.

So via using
starburnsetup.exe /verysilent
The setup is installing without asking the user for any input during the setup, so all options are taken which are default. (for example switched on for search page on rocketdivision;default on homepage....) So all the options which you can switch off during a manual setup of starburn, are taken by default in the silent install of the software.

So I was wondering if there are other silent options so I can switch those options on/off within the script.
An example: IN CASE THIS EXIST:
starburnsetup.exe /verysilent /searchpage=no /homepage=no ....

Could be that the software isn't made to work with other silent installation options...that's exactly the question.

thanks

There are other setup applications bundled inside StarBurn setup and we don't control them.
